    LOVE this!! I want to bring my daughter to DC this summer to take in all the history there. This photo is so strong and warm. Hope you guys had a great time!!

    @Patricia – I feel similarly! The Lincoln Memorial just fills me with a sense of awe, inspiration. I have been fortunate enough to go at night with friends and there were no other visitors but us – it was amazing!

    @Alexandra – Thank you – it is a wonderful place. How old is your daughter? Mine is still too young to understand, but hopefully we can visit again and again over the coming years.
